Southern Arizona Lodging & Resort Association



Work with SALARA staff to coordinate educational programs and efforts throughout Southern Arizona. Work to ensure achievement of financial and scholarship goals. Oversee education efforts for our own team/industry.

Events & Programs –

Event and Program committee members assist with the planning and execution of association events including: Monthly Luncheons,  Golf Tournament, Industry Tradeshow, Holiday Reception and other industry events and programs.

Government Affairs

Works with SALARA staff to monitor, amend, initiate or oppose council or legislative action, regulatory rulings and other activity at local, state or national level.


Works with the SALARA team to increase membership as well as enhance, review and develop membership programs. Establish and review opportunities for member benefits.

Allied Committee

Works with the SALARA team to provide casual networking opportunities for Allied Members to interact with SALARA Resort/Hotel/Property members.
